8:45 - 9:30 - Snack and Story Time

9:30 - 10:00 - Free Play & Music CD

10:00 - 10:15 - Potty Time and Diaper Changes

10:15 - 10:30 - Clean Up, Outdoor Gear on

10:30 - 12:30 - Outdoor Time (Parks, Drop-in Centres, Walks)

12:30 - 1:15 - Milk and Lunch at Table (although healthy snacks, and often lunches, are also eaten                             outside)

1:15 - 1:30 - Meal Clean-up, Music CD and Free Play

1:30 - 1:45 - Diaper Changes, Potty Time

1:45 - 2 - Story or Game

2:00 - 3:30 - Nap Time

3:30 - 3:45 - Diaper Changes, Potty Time, then Apple Snack

3:45 - 4:30 - Special activity or Directed Play (E.g. Play Dough, painting, dress-up, colouring,      
                      reading, puzzles, etc.)

4:30 - 4:45 - Free Play

4:45 - 5:15 - Dinner & Story Time

5:15 - 6:00 - Free Play and Child Departures
